Catergory 2 - Experience Worker Route - Managed Learning Programme
INTRODUCTION
This course is ideal for candidates who hold a nationally recognised qualification such as an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Craft in Plumbing or H&V.
You must have ‘on the job’ gas installation and maintenance training that will support your training for the range of assessments to be concluded. This must be evidenced in writing from the employer detailing precisely the type, range and volume of gas work carried out.
Whilst working alongside your Gas Engineer you will be required to attend the training centre for up to 30 weeks whilst also building your porfolio from site. We anticipate completion soon after those 30 weeks due to your experience. This may be longer if you can not complete the on-site portfolio within those weeks.
