At EAS Mechanical, we treat all complaints with the utmost seriousness and ensure thorough investigation upon receipt. Whether you are a student, employer, or commercial client, we encourage you to communicate any issues you have faced or are currently facing freely.
Once a complaint is received, the Managing Director will personally oversee the investigation and remain in direct contact with you until the matter is fully resolved.
